Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Zenith, a cybersecurity prediction marketplace operated by Barracade. Zenith is currently in a paper-trading beta phase. No real currency is at risk. When real-money trading launches, revised terms will be posted and you will be notified.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or placing a trade, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, and our Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use Zenith.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and not located in a restricted jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Zenith complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Accounts
You must register a passkey (WebAuthn). You are responsible for safeguarding your authenticators and for any activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
4. Markets and Resolution
Zenith offers binary event contracts on cybersecurity outcomes. Each market resolves to a public source identified at the time of listing (e.g., CISA KEV, NVD, SEC filings). Resolutions are final and may be disputed only via the on-platform dispute process within the published window.
5. Trading and Settlement
Zenith is currently a paper-trading platform. All positions are settled in platform credits, which have no monetary value. The matching engine, LMSR market maker, and internal ledger are live and reconciled, but no real funds are deposited, withdrawn, or at risk. When real-money trading launches, a separate settlement section governing deposits, withdrawals, and fees will apply.
6. Prohibited Activity
No market manipulation, wash trading, insider information, money laundering, sanctions evasion, automated abuse, or use on behalf of restricted persons. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of positions.
7. Risk
Trading carries the risk of total loss of funds committed to a position. See our Risk Disclosure.
8. Disclaimers and Liability
Zenith is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barracade disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted on this page with a revised effective date.
