Resolves YES if a credible aggregate count (e.g., Audit Analytics, Bitsight, Bloomberg) shows that at least 251 of the Fortune 500 disclosed at least one cyber incident (8-K, press release, or AG breach notification) referencing events in 2026.

Resolution criteria

Published count from a recognised research vendor or news outlet aggregating 2026 incident disclosures by Fortune 500 constituents, at or above 251.
